Scope of Work <br /> This Site Health and Safety Plan was created for field work being performed at the Valero <br /> Station located at 470 North Main Street, Manteca, CA. The scope of work at the site is as <br /> follows: Remove two 14,000-gallon capacity Underground Storage Tanks (UST). <br /> 2.0 PROJECT SAFETY AUTHORITY <br /> A. On-Site Project Safety <br /> Personnel responsible for(lie project safety are: <br /> Anthony Spielman Project Safety Officer <br /> Mark Sullivan Company Safety <br /> Officer <br /> The Project Safety Officer and Company Safety Officer have the authority to upgrade or <br /> downgrade the provisions of this Site Safety Plan as site conditions change. In addition, the <br /> Project Safety Officer shall be responsible for the following: <br /> • Safety Supplies& Equipment Inventory for the Project Site <br /> • Accident/Incident Reporting <br /> SSP.Projecr Afn. 1 Dare <br />
