March Lane <br /> Stockton CA 95210 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)has completed the <br /> review of the application for permit(SR0052234) to conduct the following work: <br /> • Replace leak detector(87) <br /> • Replace leak detector(Diesel) <br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for applicable permits. <br /> 2. Contact Michelle Henry(209) 953-7699 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments): <br /> a. Verify functionality of 87 leak detector and diesel leak detector i.e. <br /> will detect leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 PSI. <br /> 3. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and <br /> personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who <br /> possesses all of the following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued <br /> by the Contractors State License Board (may be issued by the <br /> installation company), and <br /> b. All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the <br /> International Code Council (ICC), that are applicable to the work <br /> being performed, and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> component(s)being tested, repaired, or serviced, and <br /> d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate <br /> of training from the manufacturer of that component. <br />
