Hazelton Ave. <br /> Stockton,CA 95205 <br /> RE: Response to both original and amended Underground Storage Tank (UST) inspection <br /> report of July 20,2017 at Raley's Aisle 1 #356 4219 Morada Lane,CA 95212 <br /> Dear Ms. McCartney, <br /> This is in response to the Department's July 20,2017 amended UST inspection report that we <br /> received on August 7, 2017. Each numbered item below corresponds to the numbered items <br /> in the report summary of violations. <br /> Item #105 CCR 2632(d)(1) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. Dawn Dircksen <br /> (Aisle I Team Leader) obtained a copy and provided to inspector during inspection. Copies <br /> attached. <br /> Item#106 CCR 2632(d)(2)Failed to have an approved UST response plan. Dawn Dircksen(Aisle <br /> I Team Leader) obtained a copy and provided to inspector during inspection. Copy attached. <br /> Item#107 CCR 2632(d)(1)(c) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where <br /> monitoring is performed. Dawn Dircksen(Aisle 1 Team Leader) obtained a copy and provided to <br /> inspector during inspection. Copy attached. <br /> Item#115 CCR 2715(a) Failed to inform the EHD of designated operator identification or change <br /> within 30 days. We have uploaded to (CERS) the notification identifying all the designated <br /> operators for this facility. Copy attached. <br /> Item#201 CCR 2712(b) Failed to maintain alarm logs and/or records of follow up actions. Dawn <br /> Dircksen(Aisle 1 Team Leader) has reviewed procedures for maintaining alarm logs and follow up <br /> actions with entire aisle I team. <br /> Item#206 CCR 2712 An invoice 808651 was found at the site for the replacement of"vac sensor" <br /> on 12/23/2016. Service Station systems sent email on 8/4/17 that a like for like Vac Sensor(Part# <br /> VR 330020-463)replacement on Job#808651 December 231, 2016. <br /> 1 '3 <br />
