The issues with responses follow: <br /> Issue#1: <br /> Facility lacks a current monitoring and response plan. Pursuant to California Code of <br /> Regulations(CCR)Section 2632(b)and 2712(i)immediately prepare a current monitoring and <br /> response plan on the new State approved forms and submit to this Office for approval. An <br /> approved plan will be returned for records. <br /> Response: <br /> I have enclosed a current monitoring and response plan using the new State approved forms per <br /> your request for your review and approval. <br /> Issue#2: <br /> Facility does not keep alarm log and records and how the alarms were resolved. Pursuant to CCR <br /> Section 2712(b)immediately start keeping alarm logs and also comments on how the alarms <br /> were resolved. <br /> Response: <br /> I have enclosed copies of the alarm logs for the last twelve months for your information. <br /> Periodically there is information not included on the log. Our store manager has been counseled <br /> on the requirement to maintain complete alarm logs per the CRR Our Designated Operator will <br /> review these logs during their monthly inspection to insure the logs completed and maintained as <br /> required. <br /> Issue#3: <br /> According to the service technician(Tanknology, Heath McEver)the float and chains are not <br /> installed properly to detect leaks at the earliest point and needs adjustment.
