. i <br /> Underground Storage Tank Monitoring Plan <br /> For use by Unidocs Member Agencies or where approved by your Local Jurisdiction <br /> Authority Cited: Title 23 CCR, Sections 2632(d)(1), 2634(d)(2), and 2641(h) <br /> California Underground Storage Tank (UST) Regulations require that facilities with USTs have a written <br /> monitoring plan describing equipment and procedures used to monitor tank systems for leaks. The plan must be <br /> approved by the local UST regulatory agency. If your facility already has a plan which has been approved by <br /> the local agency that regulates USTs in your jurisdiction, do not complete this document unless directed to do <br /> so by your local agency. This boilerplate plan is suitable only for the monitoring methods described below. If <br /> other methods are used, a different format may be required. <br /> Monitoring plans must be revised and submitted to your local agency within 30 days of any personnel change or <br /> other situation which affects the information they contain. Changes in UST monitoring equipment or procedures <br /> require submittal of a revised plan to your local agency for review and approval prior to implementation. A <br /> current copy of the plan must be kept at the tank site. <br /> A. General Information <br /> Facility Name: FAST & EASY MART #60 <br /> Site Address: 10878 N HIGHWAY 99 FRONTAGE RD. City: STOCKTON <br /> ® Tank and piping monitoring is identical for all USTs at this facility; or <br /> ❑ This plan covers only the following tank(s): <br /> ❑ No electronic leak detection systems are used to monitor UST systems covered by this plan; or <br /> ® The following type of electronic monitoring system performs leak detection monitoring for UST systems <br /> covered by this plan: <br /> Manufacturer: EBW AUTO-STIK Model No.: SERIES 950 <br /> B. Tank Monitoring <br /> Tank monitoring is performed using the following methods: (Check all which apply) <br /> ® Continuous electronic monitoring of tank annular (interstitial) space or secondary containment vault. <br /> Leak Sensor Manufacturer: EBW AUTO-STIK Model No.: LS3A <br /> ❑ Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG) system used to monitor single-wall tank(s). <br /> In-Tank Probe Manufacturer: Model No.: <br /> Frequency of Leak Tests: ❑ Continuous (e.g. CITLD, CSLD); ❑ Daily/Nightly; ❑ Weekly; <br /> ❑ Monthly; ❑ Other (specify): <br /> Programmed Test Leak Threshold: ❑ 0.1 g.p.h.; ❑ 0.2 g.p.h. <br /> ❑ Manual Inventory Reconciliation(MIR). <br /> ❑ Weekly Manual Tank Gauging - Testing Period is: ❑ 36 hours; ❑ 60 hours. <br /> ❑ Tank Tightness Testing- Conducted: ❑ Annually; ❑ Monthly; ❑ Other (spec): <br /> ❑ Other (specify): <br />
