i FRANK ' S ONE STOP FOOD MARTS UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING PROGRAM STORE # 4 Tank monitoring is accomplished with the VEEDER ROOT TLS 2501 and RED JACKET line leak detectors . This combination provides continuous monitoring of the storage tanks and the pressurized piping . Inventory reconciliation is also done to insure the accuracy of the tank measurements . The TLS 2501 is mounted inside the door by the front counter• and all equipment was installed by a manufacturer• authorized representative . The TLS 250i is equipped with interstitial sensors and a trench sump sensor . Each tank is equipped with a probe for• liquid volume measurement . All piping is laid in trenches which drain back to the monitored sump . In the event of a detected leak the pumping system is disabled . Everyday an inventory printout is taken by the employee on duty and is reconciled by office staff to verify the accuracy of the system. If discrepancies are found they are immediately investigated by John Guinta . If John is not available or qualified for• the job Shaw ' s Maintenance will be brought in to handle the situation . Each month John Guinta will open all dispensers and check for• leaks , all sumps ar•e opened , and leak detectors are checked for• leaking parts . Checking of the TLS 250i is done by depressing the Alarm Reset button , if lights of active sensors light system is OK . In addition , every two weeks the sump sensor• is removed and tested in water for proper• activation by John Guinta . John Guinta is responsible for• maintaining monitoring system. Any problems beyond the scope of his knowledge are addressed by Shaw ' s Maintenance of Turlock . The manufacturer does not require regular• maintenance to the system. Each month as these devices are checked the results will be recorded by equipment type . All records will be kept at the main office at 2072 West Yosemite Manteca , California and copies will be available on site . Inspection reports will be kept showing the results of the inspection for• each dispenser group , sump holes , leak detectors , and sump sensor test . The only training required to operate the TLS 250i is : When the light and\or• buzzer• sound the attendant on duty needs to contact John Guinta .
