These records shall be kept on site for the life of the tank. Immediately locate and maintain these <br /> records on site and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 205 CCR 2712(1) Failure to have an approved UST response plan available onsite. <br /> The response plan that is found on site is not current and/or not approved by the Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD). The response plan found in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) is current. Ensure that <br /> a copy of the current Response Plan is available on site for inspection at any time. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 302 HSC 25291(b) UST system incapable of detecting leak from primary into secondary containment(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> The 91-product annular sensor failed to go out of alarm when tested. The interstitial space shall be monitored with <br /> a monitoring system connected to an audible and visual alarm system. The sensor was replaced and retested <br /> during the inspection. A"UST Retrofit Verification with Inspector Already Onsite" form has been completed and <br /> provided to the operator and contractor. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 306 CCR 2630(d) Monitoring equipment is not installed or maintained to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> The 91-product submersible turbine pump (STP) sump 208 sensor was found leaning over and not positioned to <br /> detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the <br /> earliest possible opportunity. The service technician placed the 91-product STP sump 208 sensor in an upright <br /> position after completing the testing. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 315 HSC 25291(e) Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Liquid was observed in the 91-product submersible turbine pump (STP) sump. If water could enter into the <br /> secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service <br /> technician removed the liquid from the 91-product STP sump.
