Also attached as Schedule A is a list of tanks and their locations YRC Worldwide, <br />Inc. owns and/or operates within your state which are covered by this "Letter of Credit". This <br />mechanism is also being used to assure tanks that YRC Worldwide, Inc. owns or operates in <br />other states. Information on tanks located in other states, if you require this information, can be <br />obtained by contacting me. <br />We would appreciate receiving written confirmation that we have complied with your <br />requirements for financial responsibility.
