Attached for <br />your information is a copy of the "Certification of Financial Responsibility" that Yellow <br />Roadway Corporation maintains to demonstrate it meets the financial test of self-insurance for <br />owning and operating underground storage tanks in the State of California. Also attached as <br />Schedule A is a list of tanks and their locations Yellow Roadway Corporation owns and/or <br />operates within your state which are covered by this self-insurance mechanism. This self- <br />insurance mechanism is also being used to assure tanks that Yellow Roadway Corporation owns <br />or operates in other states. Information on tanks located in other states, if you require this <br />information, can be obtained by contacting me. <br />We would appreciate receiving written confirmation that we have complied with your <br />requirements for financial responsibility.
