Pescadero Avenue, Tracy — Yellow Transportation, Inc. — SR0041794 <br />The permit application to retrofit UST for annular space riser and sensor has been received and <br />approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br />applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to <br />commencing work. <br />3. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br />4. Contact Steven C. Shih at (209) 468-9850 to arrange inspection appointments; 48-hour <br />notice for inspection appointments is required. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br />(a) Annular sensor. <br />(b) A third party certified piping line tightness test must be performed immediately after the <br />completion of work and results received by this office within 7 days and prior to the <br />final inspection. <br />Permit expires within 90 days.
