Secondary containment systems installed on or after January 1, 2001 shall be tested upon <br />installation, 6 months after installation, and every 36 months thereafter; result shall be <br />received by this office within 30 days of the completion of the test. A 48 hours notification <br />to this office is required for secondary containment test. <br />Permit expires within 90 days.
