Con <br />v <br />Upon successful completion of the above the site will then be ready for inspection. <br />• San Joaquin County Inspector shall be provided a minimum of 72 hours notice for any <br />requested inspection. All inspection times are the discretion of the San Joaquin County <br />Health Dept <br />A Level 4 Veeder Root Technician shall be provided on inspection day to program and re <br />certify the monitoring system. This re certification shall be performed in the presence of a <br />San Joaquin County Health Dept inspector. Each of the sensors in the monitoring system <br />shall be inverted or submerged (at the inspectors preference) to verify alarm condition at <br />the Veeder Root panel. It is our intent to re certify the Soap Tank Veeder Root panel as <br />well, so that their annual due dates coincide. <br />• Upon the satisfaction of the inspector, and upon the satisfaction of the Veeder Root <br />technician, a decal shall be placed on the monitor confirming time date of the certification. <br />Copies of the certification shall be placed within the facility's Compliance Binder, and <br />shall be made available to the Dept upon request <br />• All personnel on this project shall possess a minimum of 40 Hour OSHA course or the 8 <br />Hour OSHA refresher course. Individuals unable to demonstrate this training will not be <br />allowed on the premises. <br />• A printout from the Veeder Root, from the actual sensor tests during the inspection, shall <br />be copied at the facility and distributed to inspector and facility. <br />• A copy of the Monitoring System Certification shall be forward to the San Joaquin <br />County Health Dept within 30 days of the test <br />For any information regarding this project, please call Scott Covey @ 951-522-5110. <br />Thanks again for your help, <br />Scott Covey <br />
