Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest
possible opportunity. The sensor was relocated to the lowest point of the sump by the service technician. Ensure
that all monitoring equipment is maintained to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity.
This was corrected on site.
This is a repeat violation, Class Il.
308
CCR 2636(f) Failed to maintain a continuous monitoring system that activates an audible and visual alarm.
The Waste Oil (TA0249504) piping sump 208 sensor failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested to
ensure continuous monitoring of the tank system.
