Fuel was also <br /> seen in both Diesel STP sumps. <br /> Correct Immediately by: <br /> Have a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor investigate the source <br /> of the alarm and the source of the fuel. If the source of the alarm and the fuel <br /> can not be determined immediately, there is a possibility that the fuel may have <br /> to be removed from the portion of the system that is not being monitored. <br /> Immediately submit in writing the findings of the investigation.
