• <br /> All installation and testing shall be in compliance with manufacturer's instructions, section <br /> 2635 and section 2636 of CCR and Chapter 6.7 of the Health and Safety Code as amended <br /> and effective July 1, 2003. <br /> 9 All piping must slope and be able to drain to a containment sump with an audible/visual alarm. <br /> 1 . All connections (shraeder valves) on the piping must be turned down. <br /> 11. An integrity test must be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines for the <br /> tank and the piping once the site is in operating condition (once concrete is poured) and before <br /> the final inspection. A hard copy of the results must be submitted to this office prior to <br /> operation. <br /> 12.All secondary containment must be constructed to prevent water intrusion. <br /> 13.All secondary containment systems must be continuously monitored. <br /> 14. The lake test for the secondary containment testing must be performed above the highest <br /> penetration level. <br /> 15. All Blueline test boots must be removed after testing is complete. <br /> 13. All metal components in direct contact with the backfill such as flexible connectors, swing <br /> joints, fittings, and pumps shall be protected from corrosion. <br /> 1 . Contact Muniappa Naidu, REHS at (209) 468-3439 for the following inspections: <br /> a. Primary piping Soap test. <br /> b. Secondary piping Soap test. <br /> c. Slope for piping. <br /> d. Lake test for the sumps and under dispenser containment. <br /> e. Cathodic protection on all metal components. <br /> f. Final monitoring certification. <br /> 1 . A "Certificate of Compliance for Underground Storage Tank Installation Form C" shall be <br /> submitted by the owner or the owners' agent [pursuant to California Code of Regulation (CCR) <br /> 2635(d)] before this install will be considered complete by EHD. <br /> 1 . No gasoline, diesel, or other hazardous material or waste can enter the sewer or storm water <br /> system. If it does, it will be considered illegal hazardous waste disposal. <br /> 2 . Prior to scheduling a final inspection facility must submit the following: <br /> • An accurate and drawn-to scale-as-built plan. <br /> • A current Monitoring and Response Plan. <br /> 2 . All appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. <br /> 2 . Permit expires 180 days from date of approval.
