.`„ :i"'fAt HEALTh Bobcat Central, Ing FUEL TANK 93 OCT 28 PM 2' 20 ROUTINE MONITORING PROCEDURE 1. Fuel tanks annular space and sumps will be tested on a daily basis. Tests to be done on days Bobcat Central, Inc. is open for business, Monday through Friday, except holidays. 2. Annular space and sumps to be monitored continuously by INCON TS-1000 TANK SENTINEL SYSTEM. Tank to pump lines to be monitored continuously by Campo/ Miller LS300-120 plus (automatic line leak detector system) . Note: A Bobcat Central employee will physically check for possible alarm conditions on a daily basis (every business day) by running test reports on INCON TS-1000 TANK SENTINEL and Campo/Miller LS300 120 plus line leak detector. 3. INCON TS-1000 TANK SENTINEL monitor will located at north west back corner of service shop, near door #3 and rear personal door. Campo/Miller LS300-120 plus (automatic lime leak detectors) are mounted on top of unleaded and diesel delivery pumps. 4. Monitoring will be performed by service department acting manager: a) As of 10/6/93 Jim Larson (Service Manager) will be in charge of performing daily monitoring require- ments and maintenance of monitoring equipment; b) In the event that Jim Larson or acting service manager is not present to perform monitoring du- ties, Bobcat Central, Inc. president, Louis J. Franzia will perform monitoring duties and re- quired maintenance as required. 5. In event of any alarm conditions found during daily monitor- ing checks, Jim Larson or acting service manager will physi- cally check for possible alarm condition, inspection of possible leak conditions to be reported to Bobcat Central's president, Louis J.
