If upon an <br /> hese visual inspections product is found to ie <br /> y of t <br /> in the annular spaces of the tanks or n the tubs surroundin the <br /> submerged pump risers , the following actions will be taken <br /> immediately by either the shop foreman or Mr . Lou Franzia or <br /> Mr. Don Franzia: <br /> 1 . The entire fueling system will be shut down by <br /> tripping the emergency pump shut off switch . <br /> 2 . Oil Equipment Service will be notified. They will <br /> dispatch a technician to the site to pump all liqui s <br /> that are present in these spaces into barrels . A <br /> complete examination of the system will be made in <br /> order to determine if problem is due to a breach in <br /> the system, a spill , a mis-fill by supplier or other <br /> means . <br /> 3 . Supplier will be notified not to make any deliveries <br /> into tanks until further notice . <br /> 4 . If a breach in the system is indicated, the San <br /> Joaquin Local Health District , Environmental Healt <br /> Division will immediately be notified at (209)468-1411 . <br /> 5 . Further , if a breach has occurred the supplier of <br /> fuels to Bob Cat Central will be called and reques ed to <br /> pump all product out of the tank or tanks concerned. <br /> The overflow protection on the system is as follows: <br /> 1 . A 5-gallon fill spill containment basin is securely <br /> attached to each fill riser pipe . <br /> 2 . Each tank is stick dipped prior to a fuel delivery to <br /> determine tank contents. <br /> 3 . Fuel is delivered to the tanks via a delivery truc <br /> which meters the delivery into the tank . <br /> 4 . A safety factor of 10% is always allowed between the <br /> free board quantity the tank can hold and the amount <br /> actually delivered into the tank. <br /> 5 . Any product that may be spilled into these fill spill <br /> containment basins will be pumped into the tanks. <br /> 2 - <br />
