ATC does not make any warrant es or <br /> representations, whether expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy of, such <br /> information, and shall.not be held accountable or responsible in the event that any <br /> inaccuracies are present. No limitation to data collection was encountered. <br /> The term "hazardous substance" is used here in general accordance with its us ige as <br /> defined in the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability <br /> Act (CERCLA) of 1950, as amended. <br /> As specified in the ASTM Standard E 1527-00 "Standard Practice for Enviro ental <br /> Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process," the term <br /> Recognized Environmental Condition (REC) is used to describe environmental <br /> conditions or impacts warranting further inquiry. An REC is defined by ASTM as the <br /> presence or likely presence of any hazardous substance or petroleum products on a <br /> property under conditions that indicate an existing release, a past release, or a material <br /> threat of a release of any hazardous substances or petroleum products into structures on <br /> the property or into the ground, groundwater, or surface water of the property. The <br /> term includes hazardous substances or petroleum products even under conditions in <br /> 54.25601.0005 3 ATC Associates Inc. <br />
