For the fill sumps, refer to Sheet M.5.3.16. For the <br />under dispenser containment sumps, refer to Sheets M.5.3.22 and M.5.3.23. The sump <br />sections clearly show the brine reservoirs connect to the sumps per the manufacturer's <br />installation instructions. The sump details are provided by the manufacturer. <br />3. Submit a drawing of the vacuum monitored piping interstitial spaces and label each zone with <br />the corresponding vacuum sensor. <br />Response: The vacuum diagram has been added; refer to Sheet G.0.5. <br />4. Provide cut sheets for the fill tank-top sump lids. The plan lists OPW parts. The provided cut <br />sheet is for Bravo lids. <br />Response: The tank fill sump lids are Bravo. Refer to Sheet M.5.3.01, Item No. 51 for the <br />proper part numbers. I have also included an additional cut sheet for this item. <br />5. The Bravo sump lid cut sheet is part # B401. This number does not match the plans or the <br />application which list B421 and B481. <br />Response: The numbers listed are for the tank sumps. These are all correct for the two (2) <br />different size tank sumps. No corrections have been made. <br />6. Provide cut sheets for the OPW spill buckets. The plan lists OPW spill buckets. The <br />provided cut sheet is for Phil-Tite spill buckets. <br />Response: See the attached cut sheets for the OPW spill buckets. <br />7. Provide an ELD work plan and identify the ELD testing company. <br />Response: See the attached ELD testing work plan. The testing company is CGRS. <br />8.
