Turner Rd. Lodi, CA 95242 Program: UST <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS 1,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> 303. The #3 sensor was laying on its side at the bottom of the south turbine sump approximately seven <br /> inches away from the lowest point of the sump, part way up the sump saddle, and not located to detect a <br /> leak at the earliest opportunity. The north and south turbine sump sensors are not located at the lowest <br /> point of the sump on the side where the product piping penetrates the sumps and therefore are not able <br /> to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect <br /> a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. Take the necessary precautions to ensure that all sensors are <br /> located at the lowest point to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> 310. Liquid was observed in the north turbine sump. If liquid could enter into the secondary containment <br /> by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. Take the necessary <br /> precautions to ensure that the secondary containment of the UST system is maintained free of liquid. <br /> During the inspection the technician removed the liquid from this sump. Continue to ensure that any <br /> liquid from the secondary containment system is managed properly per California Title 22 Hazardous <br /> Waste Regulations. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br /> each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by May 10, 2013. <br /> Note: <br /> The Annual Line Test and triennial Secondary Containment Testing is due in May 2013. Provide the <br /> EHD via fax with at least a 48 hour notification of the required tests. <br /> Remember to submit current financial responsibility documents annually. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BELLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT INSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received Byl., Title: <br /> Aris Cacapit (209) 468-3453 ' <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04119/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
