WRITTEN MONITORING PROCEDURES <br /> UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING PROGRAM <br /> This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this monitoring <br /> program are conditions of the operating permit The permit holder must notify San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division, phone (209) 468-3420 within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring <br /> procedures, unless required to obtain approval before making the change. <br /> Required by Sections 2632(d) and 2641(h) CCR <br /> Facility Name the Washrack/Woolsey oil Card.jQck <br /> Facility Address 3550 S Highway 99 , Stockton, CA 95215 <br /> A. Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank Continuous interstitial monitoring Monthly Tank <br /> tightness testing . <br /> Piping Continuous leak monitoring <br /> B. What methods and equipment, identified by name and model, will be used for <br /> performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank_ Incon TS-1000 Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) with TSP-LLS <br /> liquid level sensor & float kits , TSP-EIS Electro-Optic liquid sensor <br /> Piping Incon TS-1000 ATG with TSP-ULS Universal Liquid Sensor <br /> C. Describe the location(s) where the monitoring will be performed (facility plot plan <br /> should be attached): <br /> Monitor system will be mounted in the office at the site <br /> Remote monitoring will be done via modem through a computer <br /> at Woolsey Oil , 166 Frank West Circle, Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> D. List the name(s) and title(s) of the people responsible for performing the monitoring <br /> and/or maintaining the equipment: <br /> Mike Eliason Cardlock Specialist <br /> Jim Lancaster Vice President , Woolsey oil <br /> Shields , Harper Vendor and Maintence Technician <br /> E. Reporting format for monitoring: <br /> Tank f�ailylAlarm Monitoring Monthly - Ticfhtnpqq Report, tog at site <br /> Piping Daily alarm inspection - Log maintained at the site <br /> F. Describe the preventive maintenance schedule for the monitoring equipment Note: <br /> Maintenance must be in accordance with the manufacturers' maintenance schedule <br /> but not less than every 12 months: yearly cleaning and preventative <br /> maintenance as recommended be the manufacturer . <br /> G. Describe the training necessary for the operation of UST system, including piping, <br /> and the monitoring equipment: Training provided by installer/ <br /> startup technician - written instructions with monitor <br />
