Health and Safety Plan <br /> STOCKTON PROMENADE PROPERTY <br /> Stockton, California <br /> WKA No. 7345.05 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> Wallace-Kuhl & Associates (WKA) prepared this Health and Safety Plan (HASP) for work <br /> associated with soil excavation and offsite disposal soil located at the Stockton Promenade <br /> property(herein referred to as site), located north of Weber Avenue, along the Stockton Deep <br /> Water Channel (Stockton Channel) and the Mormon Slough in Stockton, California. This HASP <br /> establishes the policies and procedures for the performance of the soil excavation work to protect <br /> workers and the general public from potential health and safety hazards posed by the work, <br /> including exposure to soil containing elevated concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbons and the <br /> organochlorine pesticide, dieldrin.
