In accordance with the <br /> Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA), recertification of the upgrades is required. To avoid <br /> a complicated and undesirable shutdown of the facility during operating hours, Costco requests <br /> that the recertification inspection occur during evening hours after the facility has closed. <br /> Please acknowledge that this proposed arrangement is acceptable.
