Grant Line Road <br /> Tracy, CA. 95304 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a permit to replace piping penetrations (Icon custom split insert 2.5xDAM Stop) in the <br /> under dispenser containments (UDCs) 112, 314, 718, 9110, replace the Phil-tite (like for like) vapor spill <br /> containers in 87-1 and 87-2 sumps, the Phil-tite (like for like) fill spill container in the 87-2 sump, install <br /> new MIF 44 Face Seal Adapters on all fill and vapor containments in the 87-1, 87-2 and 91 sumps on <br /> the underground storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. The permit has been <br /> approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Betty Ho at (209) 468-3455 to arrange the following inspection appointments (a 48- <br /> hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that inspections for <br /> emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure that <br /> monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code of <br /> Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. If it is determined that a cold start is necessary, <br /> a copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to performing the "cold start" of the Veeder <br /> Root system and made available at the time of EHD inspection. <br /> b. If cold started, overfill prevention verification: Verify that external audio and visual alarm <br /> activates when tank is 90% full. <br /> c. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic test (or <br /> equivalent) of the 87-2 fill sump spill bucket. Proper drainage must also be verified. <br /> d. Flex pipes: verify drainage into each UDC Qumpers if any, must be disconnected) at end of <br /> the secondary containment testing. <br /> e.
