The line detector will detect any loss of pressure in the product lines and restrict the flow <br /> of product. <br /> B. MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE OF MONITORING EQUIPMENT <br /> The continuous electronic leak detection system including line leak detectors will be inspected <br /> according to the manufacturer's instructions by an outside contractor once during each calendar <br /> year. <br /> C. ROUTINE VISUAL INSPECTION MONITORING PROCEDURE <br /> On a daily basis,the facility manager shall: <br /> 1. Inspect the monitoring control panel for visual and audible alarm signals to confirm that the <br /> unit is operating properly. <br /> 2. Inspect emergency response equipment for any deficiencies. <br /> 3. Inspect dispensers, hoses, and nozzles for any deficiencies. <br /> 4. Inspect island and tank fill areas for signs of spillage of petroleum sheen. <br /> 5. Record the inspection observations on the Daily Visual Monitoring Log (Form APCC-765 - <br /> Gasoline Handling, attached). <br /> D. RESPONSE PROCEDURES <br /> LEAK DETECTION AND REPORTING PROCEDURE <br /> Whenever an alarm is activated, station management personnel are to immediately: <br /> a. Notify the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (209)468-3420 <br /> b. Notify the Chief Fire Officer of any fire or explosion 911 or Stockton Fire Department <br /> (209)937-8217 <br /> c. Notify the Governor's Office of Emergency Services (OES) of any leak or spill <br /> (800)852-7550 <br /> d. Provide all information as requested by the Director or an Inspector. <br /> e.
