Provide a record of the follow up action to the EHD and keep a
copy at the facility.
This is a minor violation.
306 CCR 2630(d) Monitoring equipment is not installed or maintained to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity.
The flexible secondary piping under each dispenser was found to not drain to the liquid sensors under each
dispenser to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a
leak at the earliest possible opportunity.
