Date: 02/08/2018 <br />Manufacturer training: <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site for the following inspections: <br />Verified brine in the under dispenser containment (UDC) units and verified communication. <br />Verified length of riser. <br />The brine reservoirs in the UDC were made of metal and were rusted. Additional investigations will be conducted to verify that <br />the reservoirs are manufacturer approved. <br />Additional inspections are needed. See the permit approval letter dated December 15, 2016 for a complete list of inspections <br />required. All appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. <br />Attempted overfill verification inspection. The drop tubes had not yet been cut and the installer requested that the inspection <br />be carried out on another day. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
