Date: 05/18/2018 <br />Manufacturer training: Veeder Root, 10/31/00 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site for the following inspections: <br />Verify monitoring system functionality. <br />All passed. <br />Verify that spill containers have a minimum 5-gallon capacity, observe the one hour hydrostatic test, and ensure that there is <br />proper drainage. <br />All three passed. <br />Verification of vacuum monitoring could not be conducted during time of inspection. The technician stated that the system <br />needed fuel to begin drawing vacuum. <br />Verification of dispenser footprints could not be conducted. Several pipes are not currently connected to the dispensers. <br />Verification of VPH components could not be conducted. Installer stated that the lockable lids, shroud boots, and gaskets, etc <br />are not yet installed. <br />According to installer, ELD testing was completed on 9/26/2017. Passing ELD results must be received by EHD before fuel <br />can be put into the line. <br />Additional inspections are needed. Refer to the approval letter from December 2016. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
