Sensors were not yet placed in their final positions at the time of inspection . <br /> Most sensors were pulled out of the sumps to allow the technicians access into and out of the sumps . <br /> -Visual verification of unaltered shroud boots on all spill containers. <br /> -Verification of drop tube measurements to ensure 95 % tank volume shut off. No change in measurements was noted . <br /> -Verification of brine communication in the 87 and 91 fill sumps . <br /> -Visual inspection of the alterations for raising of the shear valves in the UDCs . <br /> -Verification of methods for vacuum fitting repair/replacement . <br /> -Visual verification of adhesive removal from the repaired vacuum fitting in the 87 fill sump . <br /> -Verification of resin on the grout in the UDCs , as requested by Western Fiberglass. <br /> Still needed : <br /> - Photos taken before and after UDC repairs , as requested by Western Fiberglass . <br /> -Verification of vacuum communication in all piping at every termination point The vacuum communication could only be <br /> verified at dispenser 11 /12 and the vent sump . No additional termination points were tested . <br /> -Primary piping line testing of the 87 and 91 product lines . Piping was disconnected and additional portions were added below <br /> the shear valve in the UDCs . <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
