Escalon Ave., Escalon, CA, 95209 SR0074800, amended <br />The Sari Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br />the amended application, received 11/30/17 and 12/14/17, for a permit to install a UST system <br />at the above noted address. The proposed underground storage tank (UST) system will consist <br />of one 20,000 gallon 87-octane gasoline UST and one 10,000 gallon 91-octane gasoline UST. <br />The amendments include modification of the 87 and 91 fill sumps by Containment Solutions to <br />remove several inches of each sump and increase the distance from sump top to surface to <br />allow for proper fitting of spill container shroud boots, removal of wood and addition of concrete <br />and resin (lsophthalic COR-75-AQ-460) to under dispenser containments (UDCs) 1/2, 3/4, and <br />7/8, removal of improper adhesive and repairs to the 87 fill sump vacuum tube, and concrete <br />slab cutting to ensure concrete was installed in accordance with engineered plans. <br />The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the Escalon Fire District, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, <br />and the City of Escalon Development Services Department for applicable permits. <br />2. The applicant/contractor shall adhere to the approved plan. Any changes or deviations <br />shall be submitted to and approved by the EHD prior to commencing work. All new <br />submittals supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Qualified installers must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of <br />an individual physically present at the work site, at all times while work is being <br />performed, who possesses all of the following: <br />• One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br />Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br />• A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International <br />Code Council (ICC), and <br />• A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) <br />being installed, additionally, <br />• Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training <br />from the manufacturer of that component. <br />Arco A1J/P114: 1305 S.
