Carpenter Road, Stockton. <br /> The individual stated the company takes their 55 gallon drums after the <br /> product is gone, rinses the drum with water and some type of cleaner, <br /> then pours the mixture out on the rear of their property. The individual <br /> indicated this procedure has been going on for some time. <br /> I've attached Amador Chemical's Hazardous Materials Management Plan and <br /> information from Department of Health Services about this company. <br /> DF/mt <br /> Enclosures <br />
