Wastes are sent to three evaporation ponds. 1982 <br /> samples from ponds show many toxic chemicals as waste <br /> constituents in ponds. <br /> RWQCB - Potential site - there are no waste discharge <br /> requirements for this site. <br /> DOHS - Inspected April 25 , 1985; awaiting sample results. <br /> 9/12/85 - DOHS states "No significant amounts of hazardous waste <br /> found. " <br /> 9/13/85 - RATQCB - Group 1 - Amador has Waste Discharge <br /> Requirements (WDR) . Pollutants are organics. Soil is known to <br /> be contaminated. Soil and source definitions are being <br /> initiated. Water Board indicates this is potential threat to <br /> groundwater drinking supplies. <br />
