Carpenter Road, Stockton, CA 95205. <br /> As a result of that inspection, a number of violations of <br /> hazardous waste statutes, regulations, permits, and directives <br /> were identified. <br /> Specific violations and required corrective action are listed <br /> below. Failure to correct the identified problems within the <br /> time frames provided will result in the Department taking <br /> enforcement action as provided by law. <br /> I. Schedule of Violations <br /> 1. Section 66472 (a) Title 22, California <br /> Administrative Code <br /> Failure to apply for and receive an EPA <br /> identification number <br /> 2 . Section 66480 (a) Title 22, California <br /> Administrative Code <br /> Failure to prepare a manifest for shipment of a <br /> hazardous waste off-site. <br /> II. Schedule for Correction <br /> Violation 1 and 2 shall be corrected no later than <br /> August 31 and prior to shipment of any empty containers <br /> that once contained a hazardous material. This can be <br /> accomplished by applying for and obtaining an EPA <br /> number, and by obtaining and properly completing <br /> hazardous waste manifests for each shipment. <br />
