How
is having a hole in the containment wall consistent with adequate secondary containment? If there is a hole then
the secondary containment is not of sufficient capacity and condition to work correctly.
Garrett Backus
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 E Main Street, Stockton CA 95202-3029
telephone: (209) 468-2986
fax: (209) 468-3433
email: ghckus@sJcehd..com
sjcehd._com
http://www.sigov.orgLehd/Programs/Others/unified.htm
4/14/2011
