Response - Monitoring had been occurring on a regular basis, <br /> however, no log had been maintained. Starting at the end of May, a weekly log was <br /> started. A copy of this log for each UST is attached. <br /> Item #7 - Upgrade overfill protection to comply with current regulations. Submit <br /> application to upgrade before work is started.
