Summary of site conditions:
A. Potential source of contamination has been removed(the.tank).
B. Soil sampling at approximately 14' below grade is ND (TPHd,BTEX) for all three
tank removal samples. .
C. Ground, water is estimated to be over.50' below grade.
D. Soil is composed of clays and silts, minimizing leaching potential.
E. All surrounding areas.are to be resurfaced with concrete and/or asphalt, minimizing
potential for storm water infiltration.
We believe that based on the site conditions and low concentrations of soil contamination in
the tank removal excavation, that no further.work should be required. Per your
requirements, we will be completing the tank removal report within the coming weeks and I
will forward this to your agency.
We would like to further discuss the various items'associated with the above conditions at
your earliest convenience.
Best Regar s, i
r
Scott T. Strong
Vice President
Enclosure
I
r
