I noted and pointed out several violations of environmental <br /> law to you. Prior to filing a complaint for those violations, a 30 <br /> day period has been granted for you to correct those violations. <br /> 1. Label all drums used for storage of waste oil, filters, <br /> coolant, and other hazardous materials that you may come <br /> into contact with. <br /> 12 . Remove the waste oil and coolant via a hauler licensed to <br /> transportthose materials. <br /> 3. Maintain proper records of manifests for those materials. <br /> For information concerning the requirements for proper <br /> handling of hazardous materials, you may contact the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Division at (209) 468-3420. <br /> I will make another inspection in the near future to determine <br /> if you are in compliance with the regulations before proceeding <br /> with a complaint. <br /> Yours truly, <br /> JOHN D.
