It.is not necessary to have <br /> your wife as joint claimant. Therefore, we will cross out this section(see enclosed copy). However, <br /> because you both signed the signature page(page 7),both your signatures will be required on any future <br /> Fund documents unless a Power of Attorney form(copy enclosed) is submitted indicating otherwise. <br /> We encourage claimants to sign all Fund documents personally.
