1 Unit, at the time of signing. <br /> 2 8. Defendant shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of FOURTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> 3 ($14,000.00) as and for civil penalties,pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 17206. <br /> 4 Said payments shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and <br /> 5 delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions <br /> 6 Unit, at time time of signing. <br /> 7 9. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of TWO THOUSAND TWO <br /> 8 HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,200.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred <br /> 9 by the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Said payment <br /> 10 shall be due and payable to the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin <br /> 11 County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at the time of signing. <br /> 12 10. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of THREE THOUSAND TWO <br /> 13 HUNDRED DOLLARS ($3,200.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred <br /> 14 by the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney. Said payment shall be due and payable <br /> 15 to the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the <br /> 16 District Attorney,Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at the time of signing. <br /> 17 11. Defendant is responsible for the uniform fee for filing the first paper in a civil action or <br /> 18 proceeding in the Superior Court. The amount of the filing fee is THREE HUNDRED NINTEY- <br /> 19 FIVE DOLLARS ($395.00). Said payment shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN <br /> 20 COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District <br /> 21 Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at the time of signing. <br /> 22 12. This Judgment shall go into effect immediately upon entry hereof.
