The Work Plan
proposes to install five monitoring wells. WFS proposes monitoring wells MW-19AB and
MW-20AB as nested wells and MW-21 as a single deep water bearing zone well.
Board staff concurs with the Work Plan provided that WFS collects water quality parameters
during well developing activities and surveys each of the newly installed wells. Based on the
time schedule provided in the Work Plan,by 28 October 2002,please submit a well installation
report with a discussion of field activities and sampling results. The report must include boring
and well development logs.
