MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 96-816 3 - <br /> POST-CLOSURE MAINTENANCE AND MONITORING <br /> UNOCAL CORPORATION AND AGRIUM, INC. <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 2. An annual report shall be submitted to the Board by 30 October of each year, and may be <br /> combined with the semiannual report. The report shall contain, at a minimum, the following <br /> information: both tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the <br /> previous year; ground water contour maps and contaminant concentration maps; and spatial and <br /> temporal trends in the concentrations of pollutants in ground water monitoring wells. In <br /> addition, the report shall describe (a) the results of the cover and drainage control facilities <br /> inspection and (b) the measures taken to maintain the cover system and drainage control <br /> facilities. <br /> Based on the data from the previous year, the Discharger shall, in the annual report, identify <br /> data gaps and potential deficiencies/redundancies in the monitoring system or reporting <br /> program and propose any necessary revised ground water sampling plan frequency and <br /> analyses with the rationale for the proposed revisions. <br /> 3. The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in <br /> this Order shall be reported to the Board. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program as of the date of this Order. <br /> Ordered by: �)t (((fid • Qt'z <br /> WILLIAM H.
