"As-built" or "Record" drawings of the cover system and the drainage control <br /> facilities. <br /> e. Certification by the registered civil engineer that the caps were installed in compliance <br /> with the design specifications. <br /> 6. The excavated soil shall be disposed of in a manner that is consistent with Board policies. <br /> 7. A post-closure maintenance period shall continue until the Board determines that the waste no <br /> longer poses a threat to groundwater quality. Maintenance and monitoring requirements shall <br /> be specified in a Monitoring and Reporting Program, which will be issued shortly. <br /> 8. Throughout the post-closure maintenance period, Unocal (or their designee) shall (a) maintain <br /> the structural integrity and effectiveness of the caps, and (b) prevent erosion and related <br /> damage of the cover due to drainage. <br /> Please notify me at least 10 business days prior to initiating construction of the cover system.
