The surface of the finished paving should be to match the surface of the <br /> AC at the southeast comer of the existing wash rack area. The specified structural section of 14- <br /> inches shall be maintained, and the excavation shall be varied to accommodate these criteria. <br /> The composite liner material shall be Gundsea140 SMTN, a composite of 12-mil HDPE and a layer <br /> of bentonite, or equivalent.
