Two new wells (MW-8 and MW-
10) have been added to the array. MW-11, located at 1705 North Broadway, was not sampled.
Analytical results from the latest event are largely consistent with previous results. The water table
has risen about four feet since September 1995. Ground water continues to flow southwest, away
from the Stockton Diverting Canal.
1,2-DCP was detected in water samples from MW-1, MW-2, MW-5, MW-6, and MW-8, and the
concentrations appear to originate from the north pond area. Nitrate concentrations are broadly
distributed within the uppermost saturated zone, and test results indicate a background level of
about 40 mg/kg nitrate.
00 :'; .;
II
(916)933-1469
4911 Windplay Drive,Suite 4 EI Dorado Hills,California 95762 (916)933-3197 FAX
