MW-10 would be constructed with <br /> a flush-mounted wellhead, and we may have to do the work on a weekend to minimize traffic <br /> disruption. MW-4 must be decommissioned to accommodate further remediation. Sierra-Pacific <br /> will submit applications for SJCEHD permits to install MW-10 and decommission MW-4 as soon <br /> as the work plans have been approved by you and Wendy Wyels. <br /> Please take a look at the draft work plans.
