In addition to a final report, the Board will require brief <br /> reports covering the results of the initial sampling event and of the four <br /> quarters of sampling. <br /> With the addition of the above comments, the workplan is approved. As we <br /> discussed today, the Board has not been able to resolve the issue of lead <br /> agency with EPA. However, their review of the workplan has produced comments <br /> similar to the Board's. In the interest of not holding up the project, we <br /> feel that Unocal should proceed with the groundwater investigation.
