Observed one spent lead acid battery in the yard; unable to determine length of storage. <br /> -_ CCR 66266.80 and 66266.81 require spent lead acid batteries be managed within one year if <br /> generator stores one ton or less at any single location, or within 180 days if stores more than one ton. <br /> * Immediately dispose above spent lead acid batteries in accordance to Title 22 and submit a copy of <br /> the bill of lading to EHD. Retain a copy of lead acid battery bill for a minimum of three years on site. <br /> NOTES (The following are not violations) <br /> The facility generated 440 pounds of hazardous waste in 2010. <br /> A copy of Auto Body Best Management Practice factsheet, CUPA class schedule, blank hazardous <br /> waste labels, hazardous waste labeling factsheet, and San Joaquin County Small Business Hazardous <br /> Waste Disposal Program pamphlet, have been provided to generator during this inspection. <br /> 20. Observed 55-gallon waste paint container with no accumulation start date. All hazardous waste <br /> containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> The container was nearly empty and the last disposal receipt was dated April 6, 2011. The <br /> accumulation start date was labelled on the container during this inspection. Discrepancy was corrected <br /> on site. <br /> Submit the following to EHD by: May 16, 2011 <br /> 1) A completed copy of the (provided) Return to Compliance (please keep original for your records). <br /> 2) A written statement how each violation was corrected <br /> 3) Evidence (i.e. photos, disposal receipts, documents) in support of the corrections made. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($122). <br /> TH.IS,f ACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD I pect Received By: Title: <br /> � L� <br /> E 23 003 Rev 08/10/10 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
