The cheeses in <br /> the prep cooler cabinet were also wrapped in cling wrap with dates on them. The cheeses on the prep line were 41 F or below <br /> and did not have mold.The cheeses are delivered from Saladinos under refrigeration per manager. <br /> The restaurant was clean.
