They are on the floor when people are not around." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7: <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodbome illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> i NOTES <br /> Store Director is on site and confirmed that the facility occasionally has sparrows that come in through the receiving area's roll <br /> up doors, sit on the air handler and fly into the produce section. <br /> Facility has deterrents in place to prevent these birds from entering the store including: positioning owls over the roll-up <br /> doors, positioning forced air curtains over the roll-up doors and hanging bird repellent streamers (flash tape) in the produce <br /> area. Photos were taken. <br /> Upon inspection today, no birds were observed inside the store. No nests or nesting material was observed in the interior of <br /> the store. <br /> Corrective Action required: <br /> 1) Continue current control measures to prevent the entrance of birds into the facility. <br /> 2)Take action to rid the facility of birds if they enter the facility. <br /> i . <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
