DBA FOOD-4-LESS Date: 10/03/2018 <br /> Address: 131 S SPRECKLES AVE, MANTECA 95336 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209)858-0101 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00047542 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> TREE SAP IN PARKING LOT BEING WASHED OFF WITH MIX OF WASTE STICKING TO SHOES AND TRACKING <br /> INTO STORE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke with store manager, Ned. He stated that back in August,the trees in the parking lot were in full bloom. The trees had <br /> aphids that would secrete sticky liquid and cause the trees to drip with it. Manager notified the owner and the trees were <br /> pruned and the parking lot was slurried on September 19-20. Manager stated that there was no washing off done recently. <br /> Today, the floor of the store is clean and no stickiness was felt.
